Product order requests captured by the Radiator Direct website will be directed to the nearest Distribution Outlet who will arrange supply and delivery.

No additional charges will apply for local deliveries, however delivery to remote locations may incur additional charges. Any additional charges will be advised to the customer in advance by the Distribution Outlet.

The Distribution Outlet will contact the customer to confirm delivery details. If a customer prefers to use their own nominated carrier for delivery, they should arrange this directly with the Distribution Outlet.

Delivery will be to the address nominated on the order request unless agreed otherwise between the customer and distribution outlet. It is important to include an appropriate phone contact number with your details so this can be added to the freight delivery. If nobody is at the nominated address when delivery occurs, the courier may elect to either leave the items or perform a redelivery. If a redelivery is needed, additional freight charges may apply.
